Epidemiological evidence in the general population suggests a dose-response between physical activity and improved energy and reduced fatigue.(34) A meta-analyses of 5 RCTs showed a statistically significant moderate effect on the physical domain outcome which included energy and fatigue (p=0.001).(33)
